Spain is one of Europe’s most diverse motorcycle markets, shaped by regional differences in riding culture, retail structure, and competition. As Account Manager Spain for the southern region, you take ownership of your designated region. You are responsible for strengthening our market presence, developing long-term dealer partnerships, and ensuring consistent performance within your territory.

You bring our commitment to riders and their needs into daily commercial execution. Through structured planning, disciplined follow-up, and clear communication, you contribute to sustainable growth in your region and support the broader national sales objectives.

In this role, you operate with autonomy and accountability. You are responsible for the structured development of your designated region while collaborating closely with fellow Account Managers and REV’IT!’s European leadership. You help professionalize dealer partnerships, elevate performance standards, and introduce a disciplined approach to planning and forecasting.

You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain to align product launches, inventory planning, and commercial activation. Your regional insights help inform European strategy. Your structured execution ensures consistent and sustainable performance.

To support our presence in the Spanish market, REV’IT! operates a showroom in Barcelona. This space allows us to professionally present our collection and welcome dealers and partners in an environment that reflects our commitment to Design, Performance, and Innovation. It offers you the opportunity to host meetings, present new collections, and strengthen relationships in a setting that represents our brand at its very best.

What does this mean in practice?

You are responsible for driving strategic and operational excellence within your assigned region.

Your job will include:

* Developing and executing a multi-year regional growth strategy aligned with European objectives.
* Managing and expanding strategic key accounts through structured business planning.
* Participating in sales and collection feedback meetings at the REV’IT! HQ in the Netherlands.
* Optimizing the regional dealer network based on clear segmentation and performance criteria.
* Supporting and attending dealer events and marketing activations across Spain.
* Leading annual budgeting, forecasting, and seasonal sales planning for your region.
* Negotiating commercial agreements, margin structures, and performance commitments.
* Monitoring sell-in and sell-through performance based on structured data analysis.
* Elevating retail execution and brand positioning in line with REV’IT! standards.
* Identifying regional market opportunities and translating them into measurable action plans.
* Providing structured market feedback to support national and European decision making.

This is a Full-time position (40 hours per week, 32 hours negotiable). You will report to the Sales Manager Europe.

This role requires commercial maturity, analytical discipline, and strategic clarity. You understand that sustainable growth is built through preparation, partnership, and performance consistency.

* A completed commercial higher vocational education or equivalent level.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B sales or key account role.
* Proven success in regional market development and dealer network optimization.
* Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and structured sales planning.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM and performance tools.
* Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
* Willingness to travel frequently within your assigned region in Spain.
* A genuine affinity with motorcycling and the riding community.
