Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain the import containers data, update and output on weekly base
- Collecting documents for customs clearance, follow up the internal time point to ensure timely clearance procedure
- Closely monitor on shipping status, cooperate with local logistics to ensure delivery to warehouse
- Closely monitor on direct container to customer, to get PO from Sales and booking date from customer timely, to sure on-time delivery
- System operation such as stock booking
- Stock check between arrival data and physical stock to warehouse
- Solve issues occurred during the import and customs process
Your profile:
- 1-2 years of experience in importing, logistics or the relevant field, home appliance preferred
- both fluent written and verbal in English and Spanish
- Strong responsibility for work, and teamwork orientation
