Head of Customer Support
We are looking for a versatile person to handle customer service, dispute management, and coordinate with outsourcing providers.
Main functions include:
* Managing the customer service team (training, supervision, etc.)
* Handling returns and claims management
* Defining and reviewing key KPIs
* Conducting A/B tests to reduce returns and claims
* Monitoring alerts for potential fraudulent orders
* Managing claims in PayPal, Stripe, and RLL
* Ensuring timely deliveries

Minimum Requirements:
* High proficiency in spoken and written English
* At least 3 years of experience in customer service (email and phone)
* Proficiency in Office, Windows, and Email
* Basic knowledge of WordPress
* Strong understanding of growth strategies, analytical skills, strategic thinking
* Higher education in business, marketing, advertising, PR, or similar
* Results-oriented, autonomous, efficient, self-taught
* Additional languages (French, Italian, Hebrew, Japanese, German) are a plus
