WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Approximately 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a consumer-focused environment.
* Experience with Jira & Confluence.
* Experience acting as a bridge between Business and Technology departments.
* Experience creating User stories and user epics.
* SQL knowledge.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong experience with agile methodologies.
* English and French fluency.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
* Create documentation that includes user stories and necessary requirements for deployment.
* Assist in designing and implementing new processes and systems to improve consumer service.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
* Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to consumer engagement.
* Ensure that business requirements are well-documented and communicated effectively to technical teams.
