We are looking for a PRODUCTION COORDINATOR to support project leads, ensuring that projects are carried out according to specifications and within defined deadlines. This role is crucial to the success of our audiovisual projects, assisting in the management of locations and facilitating all production needs. The position will report to the Production Manager.
Your Role
* Support the Production Coordinator in planning and executing all phases of the project, from pre-production to post-production.
* Organize and maintain the production schedule, ensuring all departments are informed and coordinated.
* Maintain clear and constant communication with all departments involved in the production.
* Prepare and manage daily sessions for reviewing work in progress.
* Maintain databases following established naming conventions, and organize files on servers.
* Work closely with artists to ensure they have the necessary materials, supporting optimal productivity.
* Coordinate the outsourcing of services, with a particular focus on localization/dubbing tasks.
* Coordinate onboarding for artistic and technical services with external partner artists and new hires.
* Source and retain qualified vendors; manage task assignments and service billing.
* Understand and effectively communicate project specifications to vendors.
* Ensure vendors have all necessary materials to work efficiently.
* Communicate delivery schedules to internal teams and vendors, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Manage rejections and handle re-deliveries as needed.
* Coordinate vendor payment processes.
* Organize and complete the catalog of distributable projects.
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Languages: English is essential.
* Basic computer skills: Windows, MS Excel, MS Word.
* Basic knowledge of audiovisual production processes.
Nice-to-have
* Knowledge of production management tools and software: Shotgrid, Maya
General Information
* Office-based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.
* Working shift: Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 16.00, Friday 08.00 to 14.00.
* Contract type: temporary project with possibility to become permanent.
* Starting date: january 2025.
