Position: IT Assistant with Administrative Skills
Location: Barcelona
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Support:
IT maintenance for the office, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues and coordinating with external IT providers when needed.
Provide technical support during the setup and execution of exams.
Assist with technical issues during webinars and meetings.
Guarantee smooth operation of exams across different time zones.
2. Administrative Support:
Manage data and coordinate case material used in the exams.
Assist in the management and uploading of educational resources and materials.
3. Process Improvement:
Automate processes where possible.
Document procedures and create project-specific sites for standardised operations.
Qualifications:
Technical degree or Vocational Training (Formación Profesional) in Information Technology or a related field with a minimum of two years of experience.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
Flexibility to travel and adjust working hours when necessary.
Good command of English.
Basic knowledge of programming and database management.
Availability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
