Genetic Sciences Division Inside Sales Manager

Location/Division Specific Information
Located in Spain, you will join a dynamic division known for its collaborative and innovative spirit, driving detailed sales strategies in a premier environment.

Drive success in inside sales by managing customer relations, fostering growth within the customer base, and optimizing profitability.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Lead and mentor a successful sales team
- Develop and successfully conduct sales initiatives
- Analyze market trends to drive outstanding outcomes
- Positively represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at all times throughout customer locations

Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Life sciences
Experience
- 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the research laboratory industry.
- Prior management experience preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, in word and writing
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills, and capable of delivering excellent customer service
- Consistent record of leadership in establishing goals and achieving results
- Possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet expectations as needed
- Willing to travel to customer locations, if needed
