We are a company dedicated to the car rental sector with over 50 years' experience in the business. Our head office is located in Alicante (Spain) and we have offices in the most popular tourist destinations in Southern Europe and Mediterranean coast: Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, Madeira, Italy, Sardinia, Sicily, mainland Greece and the Greek islands.
- Open, monitor, and close accident files in the internal system.
- Communicate with insurers and brokers for claims handling, assessments, repairs, and settlements.
- Review documentation and control deductions, coverages, and associated costs.
- Manage traffic fines, including driver identification and administrative deadline control.
- Support the Legal Department with judicial notifications and authority requirements.
- Analyse data and prepare reports on claims, costs, and performance ratios.
- Provide support during internal audits and contribute to process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Requisitos**:
- Minimum requirements:
- Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Administration or similar.
- High level of English (minimum B2).
- Valuable knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, advanced formulas)
- Valuable knowledge of additional languages such as Portuguese, Italian, or Greek.
- Valuable previous administrative experience, preferably in insurance, automotive or traffic.
