técnico / a de gestión administrativa
who, reporting to the HR manager, will support both the HR department and various other areas within our factory in Sotrondio. Responsibilities include:
Supporting HR and labor department tasks.Managing administrative processes related to personnel, labor relations, training, PRL, and HR.ERP management and database administration.Communicating with public administrations.Administrative control of vacations, permits, and licenses.Filing employee documentation.Verifying employee documentation.Distributing PPE, uniforms, and work materials.Performing administrative tasks related to the position.Supporting administrative functions in quality and business development areas.Welcoming and attending to visitors.Handling phone inquiries.Preparing reports as needed.Organizing HR-related corporate events (kick-offs, annual events, team building, management committees, etc.).Managing travel arrangements.Managing employee benefits policies (gifts for birthdays, marriages, births, special permissions, etc.).Handling internal and external communications.Requirements:
Qualification as a Técnico en Gestión Administrativa or Técnico Superior en Administración y Finanzas.Previous experience in the described functions.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Advanced level of Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Immediate availability for onboarding.High proficiency in spoken and written English.Own vehicle to access the facilities.We offer:
