Reporting Structure
Reporting directly to SPRIM's Director of Marketing and Communication Operations, the SPRIM Key Account Manager (KAM) & Project Manager is a full-time, salaried position designed for a strategic thinker and relationship builder passionate about healthcare brand growth and strategic targeting.
Role Responsibilities
This role manages global and local marketing, omnichannel, and communication projects in the Consumer Healthcare, Food & Nutrition, and Pharma sectors. It involves project leadership, growing existing client relationships, and ensuring high-impact delivery across healthcare markets.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead complex, multi-country healthcare marketing and omnichannel communication projects across sectors.
* Ensure projects meet client goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including scientific, regulatory, creative, and strategy experts.
* Oversee workflows at global, regional, and local levels for seamless execution.
* Provide strategic direction and project leadership to clients.
* Support business development and contribute to healthcare-focused B2B marketing strategies.
Candidate Profile
Education
Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Management. A background in science (Medicine, Biology, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Veterinary, etc.) is highly valued.
Experience
5–8 years' experience in Consumer Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Nutrition, or Wellness sectors. Experience working with healthcare brands, either in-house or through marketing/communications agencies.
Key Skills
* Strategic commercial acumen in healthcare business dynamics.
* Client relationship leadership, focused on delivery and satisfaction.
* Omnichannel marketing expertise targeting HCPs, pharmacists, and B2B stakeholders.
* Excellent storytelling, presentation, and proposal-writing skills; fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
* Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects.
* Leadership potential with a proactive, inspiring mindset.
