ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Spain Operations Director, the Security Manager will oversee physical security in our Spain data centers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage physical security in our campuses, implement Data4 global policies, define local procedures, and oversee security operations.
* Perform risk assessments of sites and propose security measures to mitigate risks.
* Measure performance and report KPIs.
* Contribute to Security Awareness programs and deliver security inductions to new joiners.
* Coordinate security guard shifts and ensure training in policies, procedures, and tools.
* Support security audits (ISO27001, PCI-DSS, ISAE3402, ENS, etc.) with evidence and documentation.
* Act as the point of contact for security matters within the Operations Team and coordinate with other areas, especially Facility Managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS
* Respect and enforce certification policies related to H&S, environmental policies, information security, and energy reduction.
REQUIREMENTS
* Security-related studies or 5 years of experience in critical or strategic infrastructure environments (Military, Private Security, Data Center, Telecommunications).
* Completion of the “Curso Superior en Infraestructuras Críticas” is an asset.
* Experience with access control, video surveillance, patrolling, and developing security plans.
* Knowledge of building and fire safety laws, operation of intrusion detection, CCTV, and access control systems.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of risk management methodologies.
* Experience with Genetec suite and ISO 27001 & PCI-DSS security aspects.
* Professional security qualifications.
