As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Channel Partner Manager to join the team and help scale success across international markets.About the Role :
As Channel Partner Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving commercial success by leading and empowering a global network of distributors. You’ll take ownership of your sales targets, motivate partners, and close deals that matter. Your mission :
to help position the company’s liquid biopsy solutions — powered by NGS technology — as essential tools in cancer diagnostics worldwide.What You’ll Be Doing :
Drive revenue growth through distribution partners across multiple regionsSet clear objectives and ensure accountability with each distributorEquip partners with the tools, training, and messaging they need to winAdapt commercial strategies to meet local market needsAct as the primary liaison between the company and its distribution networkIdentify challenges or underperformance early and take decisive actionCollaborate internally with Marketing, Operations, Medical, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless executionChampion the voice of the field within the companyWhat We’re Looking For :
At least 3 years’ experience in a commercial or sales role, preferably with hands-on distributor managementStrong grasp of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and its role in diagnosticsFluent in English and Spanish;
Italian language skillsare a big plusAnalytical mindset — able to turn data into strategic actionsComfortable juggling multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentProactive, resilient, and ready to take ownership of both wins and challengesMaster’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related areaExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesSelf-starter who also thrives in collaborative settingsInterested?
