We are seeking a
Photo Editor
to create high-quality visual outputs through a unique simulated workflow. In this role you will
simulate the roles of the task giver and the task receiver, crafting complete, goal-oriented photo editing tasks and executing them to deliver polished, professional-quality images.Your responsibilities will include
ideating photo editing ideas, formulating clear, structured instructions, and then completing the edits to produce high-quality outputs.
Important Project DetailsThis is a project-based position for approximately 1 month (with a possible deadline extension).Payment will be made per approved set.The work is structured around daily targets:
2 sets per day (you can do more, if you want to).
Key Responsibilities:
Design realistic photo editing scenarios, where a business owner, marketer, branding specialist etc, requests a specific edit.Develop structured creative briefs that clearly define the project’s goal, and expected outcome.Curate and incorporate reference images that guide the editing process and help define style, tone, and key visual elements.Write a multi-turn conversation where the “User” (task giver) asks for changes, and the “Editor” (task receiver) refines the work accordingly.Execute professional-level photo editing, ensuring all images meet industry standards and the given requirements by the hypothetical client.Generate a final high-quality output image that aligns with the given scenario and fulfills the brief’s objectives.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience
in professional photo editingExcellent written communication in EnglishStrong skills in
Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and other editing platformsAbility to
self-generate structured editing tasks
and execute them with commercial-level precision.Strong
organizational skills
to maintain high-volume editing and task generation while ensuring quality.
