Principal Accountabilities
Assist in maximizing store sales and achieving sales goals under close supervision.
Monitor sales progress and results against key targets.
Lead an environment of productivity by engaging customers on the sales floor and providing coaching to associates.
Ensure excellent customer service in the store.
Monitor customer feedback and address concerns.
Perform routine assignments as directed.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate’s degree preferred.
At least one year of related experience preferred.
Knowledge & Application
Apply knowledge of standardized rules, procedures, and operations within a specialized or technical field.
Handle multistep processes requiring detailed knowledge.
Extensive on-the-job training or previous experience required.
Formal occupational training or certification may be necessary.
Operate complex machinery or processes as required for operative/technician roles.
Problem Solving
Handle known, defined, and apparent problems.
Occasionally perform fact-finding for issues.
Escalate non-routine issues to senior staff.
Select best solutions based on experience and procedures.
Interaction
Communicate professionally with internal and external individuals.
Maintain tact and courtesy in daily interactions.
Impact
Support team goals through personal effort.
Impact primarily within the immediate team, with wider impact in customer-facing roles.
Complete daily and weekly tasks under supervision.

Performance evaluated against service level requirements.
