Main Responsibilities And Duties
* Provide administrative support for the organization of educational events.
* Coordinate travel arrangements for speakers and attendees according to the assigned program and budget.
* Update and maintain databases of suppliers, speakers, and participants.
* Prepare event materials and ensure timely documentation.
* Process payments and follow up on pending administrative and financial procedures.

Education And Requirements
* Higher education or professional training in Administration, Tourism, Event Management, Communication, or related fields.
* Excellent spoken and written proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
