International, high-impact projects powered by modern tech stacks.€1,200 annual training budget per employee.Private health insurance, flexible compensation and Wellhub.Active tech communities where knowledge is shared and innovation evolves.We are looking for a Business Analyst specialized in financial reporting and BI to join an exciting international data transformation project in a leading multinational company in the automotive and mobility sector.This role is part of a Data Driven Organization initiative, where global reporting and business intelligence processes are being standardized across all regions (Europe, Asia, Americas).The position will focus on aligning finance and controlling reporting requirements with a global BI reporting and data lake architecture, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.Conduct GAP analysis between local processes and the global BI/reporting modelIdentify and translate regulatory, tax, and business-specific requirements into functional documentationGather and analyze financial and controlling reporting requirementsAct as a bridge between business and technical teams throughout the development lifecycleDefine data requirements, mappings and reporting logic for BI solutionsCollaborate with distributed and multicultural teams (design, development, QA, business)Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in BI, reporting or financial process environmentsExperience gathering and structuring business and data requirementsStrong skills in process analysis and gap identificationHigh level of English (C1), used daily in international teamsBasic understanding of SQL and BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP BO or similar) is a plusUnderstanding of financial processes, controlling or regulatory reporting is highly valuedExperience with SAP FI/CO or ERP financial data structures is a plusModality: full-remote.English: C1.Will have access to confidential information related to Capitole and the project they are working on.-
