We are hiring a part-time (30 hours/week) team member for the Talent Development Team to provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, fluent in English, and passionate about Human Resources.
Main responsibilities:
* Maintain up-to-date documentation related to training activities.
* Coordinate logistics with various departments to plan and execute training programs.
* Handle and process training bonus applications through FUNDAE, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are satisfied.
* Monitor the progress of training bonus procedures.
* Oversee inventory of training materials.
* Manage invoices for training-related expenses.
* Communicate with training providers to follow up on ongoing programs.
* Track active employee trainings to maximize completion rates.
* Ensure data accuracy for KPI generation.
* Overall support with Learning & Development projects.
* Optimize administrative processes.

Requisitos
Requirements:
* Minimum education: Higher Vocational Education or an equivalent qualification in Administration, Human Resources, or similar fields.
* Experience performing administrative tasks within a Human Resources department.
* Preferred: Knowledge of training management (FUNDAE).
* Advanced English proficiency is essential.
* Strong command of Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
