Main Objectives
Influence customers to adopt contact lenses by generating new users and shifting the mindset of eye care professionals (ECPs) and owners from passive to proactive.
Understand and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) in Key Accounts (KAs).
Key Responsibilities
Analyze businesses to identify opportunities.
Influence customers to change their mindset about contact lenses.
Understand the needs and unique characteristics of each customer channel, including independent stores, buying groups, and chains.
Apply basic tools to develop the contact lens category, such as:
* Customer journey mapping
* Point-of-sale optimization
* Data analysis
* Training organization
Execute JBP-defined strategies in designated KAs.
Broaden the Misight category and educate ECPs on how to improve children's lives.
Maintain coverage plans tailored to each area based on customer segmentation.
Follow established sales processes and procedures.
Build strong relationships with customers, including roles within a business (ECPs, owners, sales teams).
Negotiate price increases when necessary.
Add value to the team by being an effective team member.
Understand and utilize CooperVision programs.
Complete all reporting and administrative tasks.
Demonstrate minimum product knowledge, including CooperVision and competitor products.
Attend industry conferences as required.
Prepare for training and continuous improvement.
