What You Will Do
* Design, build, and optimize AI-driven components of our platform.
* Work with state-of-the-art LLMs and fine-tune models for production use.
* Develop pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment of models.
* Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to integrate AI into scalable systems.
* Research, prototype, and experiment with the latest AI/ML techniques.
* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through documentation and technical articles.
* Stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.
️ About You
We use Go and Python in the backend, and Python is central to our AI work. We value problem-solvers with curiosity and drive, even if you don’t check every single box.
* Strong experience with Python and ML/AI frameworks (e.G., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
* Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, or generative AI.
* Familiarity with NLP concepts, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation.
* Knowledge of data processing pipelines and MLOps practices.
* Hacker mentality:

* Strong foundation in algorithms, statistics, and applied machine learning.
