Senior Optimisation Engineer
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for optimising multi-vendor 2G/3G/4G/5G networks, ensuring quality objectives are met. You will work on advanced deployments involving 5G, Open RAN, and next-gen technologies, contributing to cost reduction, KPI improvements, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop radio optimisation plans for specific network areasInvestigate and resolve network incidents proactivelyManage radio capacity and growth requirementsCoordinate data-build deliveries with teamsAnalyze network statistics, drive test reports, and define improvementsManage escalations, customer complaints, and VIP casesSupport product capacity testing and launchesProvide technical support to accountsIdentify faults, create trouble tickets, collaborate with OperationsApply frequency, scrambling codes, and PCI planningTechnical Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5 years in radio optimisation in multi-vendor environmentsExperience with at least two major vendors (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Samsung)Proficient in Atoll, NetAct, ENM, iBwaveDeep knowledge of air interface, antennas, propagation modelsStrong analytical and decision-making skillsDegree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or similarHigh level of English (minimum B2/C1)What We OfferContinuous training and certificationInternational, collaborative environmentExposure to 5G SA, DSS, Open RANFlexible hours and remote optionsRespectful, innovative cultureJoin us in shaping the future of telecommunications across Europe.
