We are a small, dynamic company where each team member has a direct impact.About the RoleWe’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Barcelona. This is a hybrid and autonomous position, ideal for someone proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. You’ll work closely with our Finance department and report directly to the CEO, providing essential administrative support across the company.Main Responsibilities- Monitor payments to clients and suppliers.- Attend to and resolve inquiries from management and departments effectively and professionally.- Manage complaints and resolve issues related to banks or administration.- Coordinate with suppliers and external services.- Manage direct debit payments.- Prepare reports on outstanding collections and payments for management and the finance department.- Perform bank reconciliations.- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the correct management of payments and collections.- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, document organization, and drafting communications.Requirements- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.- Basic knowledge of collection management and customer service.- Verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (French is a plus).- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).- Proactive attitude and focus on conflict resolution.Valued Skills- University degree (preferred but not mandatory).- Experience dealing with clients, administration, and conflict resolution.What We Offer- Full-time indefinite contract.- Annual salary of 20.000€.- Hybrid and flexible work schedule.- Coworking office in the center of Barcelona.- A dynamic environment in a small company where your work makes a real difference.
