We are looking for a detail‑oriented HR Administration Specialist (Temporary, until September 2026) to join our dynamic team.
You will be part of our newly established Global Business Services Center, supporting HR operations primarily for Spain, and partially for Portugal and Italy. You will help ensure compliance with local regulations while contributing to the continuous improvement of HR service quality and efficiency.
Maintain accurate employee master data in our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems (e.g., hires, changes, exits), including preparing all related HR documentation (contracts, confirmations, reference letters, work permits, etc.).
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (employees, HR teams, external providers, Finance, etc.) Stay informed about regulatory requirements for Spain (and where applicable, Portugal and Italy) to guarantee compliance in all HR processes.
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize HR procedures and contribute to team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow global standard procedures, ensuring cross-country backup and peer checks, highlighting issues and identifying key trends.
Participate in internal projects related to the implementation of new HR tools or processes.
Experience with SAP HCM or other HR systems is an advantage.
Interest in working in a project‑driven environment and contributing to HR transformation initiatives.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Portuguese or Italian are a plus, but not mandatory.
Fixed term contract (until September 2026)
