Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the R&D center, including office management, supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
* Manage HR-related administrative work, such as employee onboarding/offboarding, contract documentation, leave tracking, and staff welfare programs in collaboration with HQ.
* Support financial administration, including petty cash management, invoice collection, expense reimbursement coordination, and liaising with local accounting/tax partners.
* Handle external coordination with local service providers, landlords, government offices, and business partners.
* Organize internal meetings, company events, and logistics for visits from HQ or other branches.
* Ensure compliance with local laws and corporate policies, including data protection, health & safety, and administrative reporting.
* Assist in preparing reports and documentation as required by the global HQ and management.
* Supervise junior administrative staff if applicable.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in administrative or office management roles, preferably in international or R&D organizations.
* Fluent in Spanish and Mandarin
* Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
* Familiarity with Spanish HR regulations, tax practices, and office operation standards.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and common office software.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a multicultural environment.
