As part of a dynamic, globally focused team, the OCM Lead will leverage their understanding of business needs and affiliate experience to effectively manage change initiatives.

Responsibilities
* Communication Strategy & Execution: Develop communication strategies to inform and empower impacted audiences, partner with senior stakeholders to influence organizational change, create effective communication campaigns, simplify communication processes, and advise on communication plans using optimal channels.
* Change Management Strategy: Apply organizational change management concepts, conduct impact analyses, assess readiness, identify stakeholders, manage resistance, and promote change adoption and advocacy among Informatics users and stakeholders.
* Consultation & Business Partnership: Partner with domain and product line leads, advise on resource management, and align deployment timing with business cycles.
* Teamwork: Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient workflows, share knowledge, and coordinate deployment strategies.
Skills
* Proficiency in multimedia content creation using AI-assisted tools, including video editing.
* Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and communication skills at all organizational levels.
* Excellent project management and multitasking abilities in dynamic environments.
* Business partnering, consulting skills, and knowledge of emerging technologies.
* Ability to simplify technical jargon for user-facing communications.
* Experience with organizational change management practices, instructional design, and Agile methodologies.
* English proficiency; Master’s degree or equivalent preferred; minimum three years of relevant experience in organizational change management.
