We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional to join our luxury resort as a Runner – Food & Beverage. You will be the face of hospitality, ensuring that every meal is memorable and every guest interaction exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring an outstanding dining experience.
- Take accurate orders and provide recommendations on dishes, wines, and special menus.
- Serve food and beverages according to resort standards of quality and presentation.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to guarantee smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and work areas.
- Handle special requests and resolve issues promptly and empathetically.
- Promote upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- Stay informed about resort promotions, seasonal offers, and local attractions to assist guests proactively.
Qualifications
- Natural ease in communication that makes guests feel valued and understood.
- Previous experience in hospitality or fine dining.
- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English and Spanish.
- Valid work permit for Spain.
