About the Role
Join our dynamic IT team in Malaga (Torremolinos). The role includes providing comprehensive technical support, managing and securing network infrastructure, and ensuring optimal system performance. With responsibilities spanning from hardware maintenance to network security, and collaborating with technology vendors, you'll be at the forefront of our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware and software troubleshooting
* Maintain and manage computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure
* Monitor system performance, identify and address potential issues to ensure the network's reliability and security
* Inventory management of hardware and software assets
* Assist with equipment setup, repair, and replacement
* Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls and antivirus software
* Maintain documentation of hardware and software configurations, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures
* Ensure that systems and networks comply with security policies and regulations
* Interact with technology vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support of IT equipment and services.
* Assist with IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure expansion
Your profile
* Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AD/Entra administration is a must have
* Proficiency Azure Intune
* Proven experience in IT Systems
* Strong expertise in networking, virtualisation, Azure, and server management
* Strong background in cybersecurity and automation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365
* Familiarity with firewalls, networking concepts, and relevant IT tools (e.g., Veeam, PRTG, AD Connect).
* Effective communication skills in English language
