The Global Performance Marketing Manager - B2B will be responsible for managing paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant upcoming channels such as TikTok) to drive B2B growth, aligned with our mission to help people live longer, healthier lives. The role involves strengthening our paid marketing team through deep expertise in paid ads channels, and the ability to think both analytically and creatively.Key Responsibilities:
Be the global subject matter expert for paid advertising in lead generation at Docplanner (Google Ads and paid social).Ensure maximum lead volume from paid channels while maintaining quality, staying within budget, and achieving CPA goals.Serve as a strategic advisor and mentor for junior paid marketers.Forecast, set, and monitor channel budgets in collaboration with local teams.Develop hypotheses to improve paid advertising strategies and coordinate testing with local teams.Analyze campaign performance with stakeholders and recommend improvements.Support and develop junior team members, assisting with daily tasks as needed.Proactively improve processes and workflows as organizational needs grow.Collaborate with the Head of Paid Marketing to document and enhance processes.Qualifications:
4+ years of campaign management experience in paid search and paid social platforms, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads;
knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, TikTok is a plus.Familiarity with targeting strategies and automation, with a solid grasp of ad optimization techniques.Ability to brief creative teams effectively;
video ad creation skills are a bonus.Experience in lead generation, ideally within SaaS.Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills, with a good understanding of online marketing tools.Experience with Smart Bidding strategies and optimization towards CPA and CPL targets.Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Data consolidation and analysis skills from multiple sources.Proficiency in business English;
knowledge of additionallanguages such as Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German, or Polish is advantageous.People management experience is preferred but not required.Location:
