This role is for a motivated candidate who enjoys international business and has previous experience as legal administrative. /ppbr/ppbKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /b /pulliMaintain robust corporate housekeeping by updating legal databases and keeping organizational charts and internal registers current. /liliAdministrative management of contracts / documents of any kind including signature process, internal approval workflow, scanning, coordination, and archive. /liliManage the department’s treasury processes for invoices and payments, including payment tracking and setting up supplier master files. /liliMaintain up-to-date internal trackers and documentation for audit and finance purposes. /liliSupport Legal Operations by improving processes and configuring workflows and templates in Group systems. /liliAssist with dashboards, KPIs, and internal and external audits. /liliManage and coordinate notary appointments for powers of attorney and other corporate changes; handle apostille and legalization of legal documents for cross-border use. /liliPrepare and submit commercial registry documentation and mandatory filings and reports. /liliOwn and maintain the internal document and reporting management system. /liliSupport Legal team members and liaise with external counsel. /liliCoordinate meetings and document execution; maintain highly organized, up-to-date digital files, SharePoint sites, and systems. /li /ulpbr/ppbKEY QUALIFICATIONS /b /pulliUniversity degree; at least five years’ bparalegal experience /b in assisting general counsel/ head of legal, preferably in a law firm or in a multinational company. /liliFull professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). /liliExceptional document management; strong organizational and time‑management skills; meticulous attention to detail; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. /liliHigh discretion in handling confidential matters; experience working cross‑functionally and with transversal teams; eager to learn and to design and implement process improvements for greater efficiency. /liliExperience across the contract lifecycle and with CLM/management tools and legal tech (e.g., CLM platforms, e‑signature solutions, and internal systems). /liliStrong team player with a proactive, can‑do approach; able to work independently; comfortable in fast‑paced international environments. /liliExposure to international legal work across multiple jurisdictions; opportunity to learn from a highly experienced legal team. /li /ulpbr/ppbWHAT WE OFFER /b /pulliEurope is a strategic pillar of Midea’s global expansion, offering exceptional professional growth opportunities. /liliAn international, goal-oriented, and collaborative work environment. /liliRobust training and career development programs. /liliCompetitive, country-specific employee benefits tailored to local markets. /li /ulpbr/ppMidea Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer where diversity inclusion matters.
