This role will focus on supporting our Engineering team in Barcelona and their Director while also collaborating closely with a broader team of Administrative Assistants to contribute to larger initiatives across Services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Facilities Real Estate Integral Security and other Apple corporate departments reporting to the Apple Services Engineering Admin Team Manager.
- 5 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles within fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and integrity in dealing with people at all levels is imperative.
- Ability to work independently handle frequently changing needs and delegate when required.
- Successful in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group is crucial.
- Experience in heavy calendar management while scheduling key meetings and events while prioritizing a Directors calendar including managing room reservations and catering at the site.
- Experience using a Mac as well as with Keynote Numbers Pages Excel Word and other productivity tools.
- Familiarity with shipping / receiving processes and local compliance requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm organized and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Experience with document and database management systems.
- Effective multitasker able to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly.
- Brings a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit to the workplace adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments.
