A keen interest in fashion and retail is key.**The Daily**:Support for Category Managers (Promotions, Publications, Toys...):- Research and market relevant retailers and analyze the presence of WB licenses in the market vs competitors- Coordinate meetings with the different partners- Handle documentation in the different phases of approval of contracts- Create / update presentations- Control of final product samples- Update, create and maintain databases and mailings- Coordinate materials for magazines and catalogs- Perform store checks for main retailers- Support in inventory control of Warner Bros products at the different points of sale- Implement and monitor promotional / marketing actionsAdministrative support to the department:- Management of Purchase Orders and Invoices- Support with expense notes- Travel coordination- Control of samples and their storage**The Essentials**: High level of English Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Keen interest in fashion/retail Person with initiative, autonomy and flexibility**The Perks**- Exclusive WarnerMedia events and advance screenings- Paid time off every year to volunteer for eligible employees- Access to well-being tools, resources, and freebies- Access to in-house learning and development resources- Part of the WarnerMedia family of powerhouse brands
