We're hiring a DTC-focused video editor to produce high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives for direct-to-consumer brands. This role is performance-driven — you'll be editing ads designed to convert, not just look pretty.
What You'll Do
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• Minimum 2 years experience editing ads for DTC brands
• Strong understanding of Meta ad formats and best practices
• Experience editing:
UGC-style ads
Founder-led videos
Product demos & testimonials
• Ability to edit for performance, not just aesthetics
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
• Fast turnaround and organized workflow
