Technical Senior Business Analyst - Flight Operations
Join our crew management implementation team and succeed by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems across various functions and business domains within the aviation flight crew area.
Responsibilities include:
* Installing software, conducting data migration, and setting up integrations.
* Creating business plans and supporting documents to ensure alignment with company goals.
* Working on high-value projects with significant customer impact.
* Solving complex business problems across multiple systems and domains.
* Providing strategic direction and planning for current and future business environments.
* Identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures.
* Serving as the main contact between developers, architects, designers, and customers.
* Supporting development teams with functionality questions, testing, training, and deployment planning.
* Guiding less experienced analysts.
Ideal candidate qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* 3 to 20+ years of related experience.
* Expertise in crew planning, scheduling, tracking, and crew rules preferred.
* Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++.
* Experience with automation, enterprise application installation/configuration on AWS, and databases like Oracle or MongoDB.
* Proficiency in SQL/PL SQL, and integration technologies like SOAP, XML, JSON, Postman.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (macros a plus), and PowerPoint.
* Experience in crew management or airline operations is a plus.
* Understanding of client-server architectures and legacy system integration.
