This position requires a candidate with a strong background in luxury hospitality, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to provide discreet and personalized service to an international UHNW clientele.
The successful candidate will be part of a small, highly professional team dedicated to delivering an outstanding guest experience in a demanding and refined environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level, personalized service to guests, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience at all times
Serve food and beverages according to luxury hospitality standards, maintaining impeccable presentation and service etiquette
Prepare and maintain dining and service areas before, during and after each service
Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless and discreet service experience
Maintain a professional and polished environment throughout the property
Coordinate closely with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Receive and manage guest requests, ensuring clear communication with relevant departments
Maintain cleanliness, organization and presentation of all service areas
Adhere strictly to health, safety and hygiene regulations
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:
Previous experience in luxury hospitality environments (private villas, luxury hotels, yachts or fine dining restaurants)
Proven experience working with UHNW or high-profile international clients
Advanced level of English is mandatory
Excellent xpzdshu communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and service etiquette
Ability to perform under pressure in a high-demand environment
Professional appearance and discreet, service-oriented attitude
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
