Position: Healthcare Administration Manager &##Position Type: Full-Time, 2:15 pm-10:15 pm (Málaga time)

&##As the Healthcare Administration Manager, you will oversee the daily office operations, manage client and caregiver coordination, and consolidate caregivers timesheets.
This role is idóneo for someone organized, analytical, and people-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple functions that keep both office and care operations running efficiently.
You are expected to bring administrative and management experience, we will train on our business and regulations!
&##Manage and oversee the daily operations of the home care office, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements according to USA regulations - Preferred, but not required!
Responsible for the process of collecting and verifying caregiver timesheets to be prepared for billing.
Bill invoices weekly for payment from our insurance providers!
Manage all billing processes on HHAExchange and ensure timely submission of claims.- Training Provided!
Prepare and submit billing and payment reports weekly.
Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability according to U.Training Provided!
Oversee staff training and development to ensure a knowledgeable and skilled workforce.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Healthcare Management, or related field.
~10+ years experience in business administration and Management.
~ Strong experience and knowledge of different systems and system management.
~ High attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management.
~ English required. Office located in Málaga’s Soho district, 1 block from Alameda Principal.
