Job Title: Administrative Operations Assistant We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to assist with the day-to-day operations of our commercial department. This role is based in Castelldefels, Barcelona, and offers a permanent contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Commercial team, ensuring seamless execution of sales deliveries and stock control. Key responsibilities include: Daily Sales Posting: accurately recording and reporting sales data Inventory Management: assisting with inventory management and supply ordering Monthly Closing Support: assisting the Coordinator during the monthly closing process Customer Billing Issues: reviewing and resolving customer billing issues Transport and Warehouse Invoices: reviewing transport and warehouse invoices Invoicing Accuracy: ensuring accurate invoicing of prices and quantities Communication: communicating effectively with various departments and external parties Requirements: A minimum of 1 year overall experience in logistics/sales department Proficiency in Excel Fluent in written and spoken English Organizational maturity and effectiveness Able to demonstrate professional competence within the company and with external contacts Results-oriented with a positive approach Ability to adapt to change Excellent communication skills/proficiency in computers
