Your role
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team for a temporary maternity cover. This role will support the full employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, contract management, administrative tasks, and HR systems (Odoo). The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth experience for new joiners and play a key role in maintaining accurate HR records and compliance processes.
Your Journey
* Coordinate onboarding processes, including equipment setup, workspace assignment, and sending onboarding emails with credentials.
* Manage employment contracts: creation, renewals, digital signature, and coordination with external HR consultancy and regional teams.
* Ensure proper documentation is signed by both employees and company management on time.
* Maintain and update employee records in the HR system (Odoo).
* Administer Odoo HR modules (absences, vacations, shifts, contracts, dashboards).
* Prepare monthly HR reports (e.g., absenteeism, sick leaves).
* Coordinate occupational risk prevention activities (PRL), including mandatory training and optional medical check-ups.
* Identify and propose improvements within the area.
* Assist the HRBP with monthly payroll preparation.
Position details
This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave.
Qualifications
* Previous experience for at least 3 years in an HR administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with Spanish labor laws and employment contract types is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, HR or similar field.
* Proficiency in HR systems (ideally Odoo) and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory.
