Role & Team: Infovista Corporation is seeking a sales-driven individual with outstanding communication skills, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. The candidate should have experience earning customer trust in complex sales cycles.

As the Account Director for Service Providers, you will be responsible for developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, strengthening existing client relationships, and developing new business with prospective clients.
The ideal candidate will have a 'hunting' persona for new logos and expansions within existing client bases.
Building on your background in service assurance, network testing/optimizations, and other telecom technologies, you will establish credibility with current customers, partners, and prospects.
You will navigate within customer organizations to reach key technical buyers and decision-makers, becoming their trusted advisor and aiming to grow the current footprint by driving innovation, automation, and value.
The Account Director will work closely with customers and partners, influencing them, and interfacing with Infovista's Product Development and Professional/Technology Services teams to ensure successful deployments.
You will leverage your sales experience to drive and secure business in competitive situations, focusing on achieving sales goals.

Profile: Sales Skills
- Strong drive for results and targets.
- Experience in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions.
- Proven success in closing deals above €1m.
- Ability to develop strategic plans focused on territory and key accounts.
- Industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and senior management.
- Strong communication and influence skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to all levels within customer organizations.
- Understanding how technical sales influence business cases and capacity to coordinate internal resources.
- Team selling skills, including proactive internal communication with presales, product management, R&D, and professional services.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong knowledge in Service Assurance, network testing, and/or other OSS solutions.
- Deep understanding of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, optimization, and operations.
Personal Skills and Know-How
- Strategic thinking, rigorous process setup, and building strategic plans for complex deals.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and vision.
- Ability to inspire and demonstrate charisma.
- Assertiveness to defend Infovista standards and interests.

- Proven ability to drive projects to completion and multitask.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience managing relationships with customers or vendors, including senior executives.
- Hunter mentality with a track record of selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, and OSS solutions.
- Strong software sales acumen.
- Existing relationships with senior CSP leaders (e.g., Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange).
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
