Languages: Fluent German and English (French is a plus)
What you’ll do (we train you from scratch)
This is a 360° role, mixing sales, recruitment, and relationship management.
Business Development & Sales

* Prospect new clients via calls, emails and social selling
* Pitch recruitment solutions to decision-makers
* Negotiate commercial terms

You’ll also:
* Interview and advise candidates on their careers
* Match talent with client needs
* Build trust on both client and candidate sides

Background & Mindset
This role is ideal for commercial, sales-driven profiles with experience in client-facing environments, such as hospitality, retail, telesales, call centers, customer service with KPIs, or entrepreneurship.
