Payroll
* Ensure that all payroll-related queries from employees, authorities, and managers are addressed timely and properly.
* Create and review contracts, collective agreement changes, and salary information.
* Work closely with the outsourced payroll office to ensure all information is up-to-date and correct.
* Manage the monthly local payroll process.
* Oversee payroll reporting on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
* Support internal and external audit processes annually.
People Administration
* Ensure accurate documentation of employee files and other payroll and HR records. Issue employment confirmations (Employer certificates).
* Report and track sick leave.
* Administer health contribution benefits.
* Maintain HRIS system TalenPass and frankly, updating current employee data and organizational charts.
* Handle general recruitment administration.
* Administer UCAGECI system and keep data updated daily.
* Assist with ad hoc reports using Excel and HRIS.
* Manage benefits administration (meal vouchers, health insurance, etc.).
* Coordinate onboarding, promotions, internal moves, and terminations.
* Provide general administrative support to People Business Partners and P&C Director, including handling correspondence, reviewing processes, and suggesting improvements.
This role supports the GANT Spain business, building strong relationships and credibility across the organization. It is responsible for payroll and HR administration tasks.
