**WHAT'S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?**
- Experience as bartender or passion for mixology
- Outgoing personality & guest focus
- Cocktail knowledge + creativity
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player with attention to detail
- Spanish high level required
- English intermediate required (German is a plus)
**WHAT'S YOUR JOB ABOUT?**
- We are looking for motivated service staff for our bar area by the pool and beach. You will take care of guests at the pool bar and in the beach lounger area.
- Prepare and serve drinks with consistency
- Create a lively bar atmosphere
- Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, recommend drinks, and ensure a positive experience.
- Support our Bartender with the drink preparations: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and customer requests.
- Cash Handling: Process payments, handle cash, and operate the POS system accurately.
- Preparing bars for each shift in accordance with the standards and procedures manual
- Ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness & hygiene
- Manage mise en place & stock
- Work closely with service team
- Represent Ginsul concept
- Bring creativity to the bar
