We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join one of the largest railway projects in Europe (Rail Baltica).

Main responsibilities:
- Reports to the Project Manager or as it shall be set out in the organization chart agreed between the Employer and the ENE Contractor;
- He / she shall draft the Procurement Management Plan in order to properly manage and administer acquisitions and procurement of materials and service for the Implementation Phase;
- He / she shall provide the sequence of procurement for customized materials (evaluation of supplier; request for material; FAT Witness Invitation; FAT and FAT Report; Request for shipping; Confirmation of Shipping and also for the commercial Material Procurement process (Evaluation of suppliers; Request for Material; FAT Witness Invitation;
- In case he / she makes inquiry for new suppliers / new contractors not included in the ENE Contractor Vendor List in the bidding stage he / she selects the supplier of service provider of ENE Contractor he / she shall firstly evaluate the proposed new suppliers / new contractors and add it to the Company Vendor List;
- According to the provision provided in such a plan he / she shall be responsible of the selection of qualified procurement sources;
- He / she shall evaluate quality assurance system used by each sub-contractor and service provider of ENE Contractor;
- He / she shall provide to the Sub-contractor and service provider of ENE Contractor the requirements for design, safety design, RAMS, technical and non-technical requirements, the material and service requisition;
- He / she shall share within the ENE Contractor organization as appropriate all the deliverables provided by the suppliers and service provider of ENE sub-contractor;
- He / shall monitor the suppliers quality performance utilizing source inspection and auditing techniques.
What profile are we looking for?
- At least bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Law, Business Management, Finance or Supply Chain Management.
- Shall have at least B2 English language skill
- 15 yrs. With proven and verified experience in positions which included the same set of responsibilities as described in “Main responsibilities”.
