B2B Marketing & GTM Director - Spain Remote
Love Brand Group turns first- & zero-party data into community-led growth for Fortune-500 brands. We’re hiring a Marketing & GTM Director to define our story, lead launches, and turn thought leadership into qualified demand across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Go-to-Market leadership — ICPs, segmentation, value props, and launch plans (features, services, and markets).
- Social & content engine — scale our LinkedIn presence from 0 → 100K, build a credible voice on X, shape a YouTube strategy that converts signal into pipeline. Includes B2B copy, trend-jacking, video scripting, and exec ghostwriting.
- Demand gen & nurture — own email, webinars, and LinkedIn Ads; design CRM workflows from MQL → SAL; partner with sales on down-funnel optimization.
- Revenue alignment — enable AEs with decks, one-pagers, case stats ; report weekly on pipeline contribution and learning loops.
- 5+ years in B2B marketing (SaaS/martech/agency).
- Demonstrated GTM execution with €5–10M+ pipeline impact (references/case proof).
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Ads, CRM, GA, Canva/Figma (or equivalent).
- Executive presence: can brief founders, present to boards, and write copy that moves markets.
- Sold to enterprise marketing/CRM buyers.
- Familiar with GDPR/data-privacy narratives.
- Personal thought-leadership cadence on LinkedIn.
- Impact from week one — you’ll define how the market hears us.
