Job Description
Safety and Health Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive safety and health management for complex industrial construction project
- Implement and maintain comprehensive occupational health and safety protocols
- Ensure full compliance with national and international safety regulations
- Develop and execute risk prevention strategies
- Conduct systematic safety inspections and audits
- Preventive Safety Management: develop comprehensive safety management plan, create and implement safety training programs, conduct risk assessments for all project phases, manage safety documentation and reporting, coordinate emergency response protocols
- Occupational Health Monitoring: implement health surveillance programs, manage workplace health and safety compliance, conduct medical and preventive health screenings, develop ergonomic workplace solutions, monitor occupational health indicators
- Safety Compliance Responsibilities: ensure compliance with Spanish Occupational Risk Prevention Law, European Union safety regulations, industry-specific safety standards, and international safety best practices
Required Qualifications
Professional Experience:
- 5-7 years in industrial safety management
- Proven track record in large-scale construction projects
- Experience in high-risk industrial environments
