We are looking for an Administrative Assistant - Guest Experience (with English) to join a winery located in Alaró (Mallorca).
WHAT WE OFFER
* Permanent contract
* Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 to 17:00 (flexible start and finish times)
* Occasional availability for weekend events
* Annual gross salary between €24,000 and €28,000, depending on experience

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Welcome and assist visitors and groups during tastings and guided tours, providing a warm and professional experience.
* Receive both scheduled groups and walk-in visitors, accompanying them and explaining the winemaking process.
* Manage emails, invoicing, payments, and supplier control.
* Coordinate with the external accounting office regarding taxes and quarterly reports on production and sales.
* Support online orders and exports, preparing documentation and coordinating logistics.
* Maintain and update internal documentation and records.
* Assist with general operational tasks when needed, such as labeling or preparing orders.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
* Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
* High level of English (spoken and written).
* Driving license and own vehicle (to reach the winery).
* Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
* Occasional availability for weekend events or tastings.
VALUABLE EXPERIENCE
* Previous experience in hospitality, wine tourism, or the wine sector.
* Basic knowledge of wines, sommelier training, or oenology.
