Fleet Services Technician .Primary Purpose of the Position
Goodyear Total Mobility:
Communicate, support, and coordinate our quality service provided by Goodyear's Service Providers for contracted fleets. Report on mileage analysis and approve the work of Service Providers, focusing on cost-effectiveness and service quality.Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Tire management:
control, monitor, and ensure proper tire usage, including reuse where relevant.Establish guidelines and policies to optimize mileage performance.Work with Service Providers to maintain high-quality service through effective communication, improvement plans, and technological tools.Coordinate with fleet contacts to ensure quality service.Audit, control, monitor, and analyze tire maintenance services.Register and promote tire shipment monitoring and recycling via e-Casing application.Encourage use and training of mobility solutions;
analyze data to optimize profitability.Proactively use reporting tools to develop service improvement plans.Requirements
Medium vocational training or similar.Experience in post-sale service for truck and fleet tires (preferred).Knowledge of tire transport industry (preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (preferably advanced), Internet, and Apps.Remote position based in Northern Portugal with 70% travel availability.Flexibility, communication, and analytical skills;
agile approach to dailyactivities.Languages:
