1 positionThe selected candidate will support the management of property portfolios, handling and coordinating general administrative tasks. Knowledge of the real estate sector is required, with a particular focus on property management.Responsibilities
Following up on overdue payments.Handling incidents, liaising with contractors, and tracking insurance claims.Accounting of repair invoices.Invoicing (administrative tasks).Managing new property owners, changes in ownership, SEPA documents, receipts, and direct debits.Issuing certificates for homeowners’ associations and individual owners (proof of payment status).Reviewing and verification of settlement statements.Receiving ordinary and extraordinary maintenance invoices.Delivery of meetings and official minutes.Monitoring and listing weekly homeowner meetings and reserving meeting rooms.Preparing meeting notices (lists, etc.) and related documents.Delivering notices and circulars to property owners, envelope stuffing.Conditions
