At Emvia CX, we are dedicated to providing innovative customer experience solutions. We are growing rapidly and seeking a dedicated IT professional in Mérida, Mexico, to support our team as an internal IT Help Desk specialist. You will assist employees with day-to-day IT issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring access to necessary tools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide Level I and II IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
2. Configure and maintain Windows Desktop, Apple devices, ChromeOS devices, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Azure/Entra AD.
3. Manage user access in Azure Entra.
4. Support email, printing, network, and system problems.
5. Resolve help desk tickets promptly and escalate issues as needed.
6. Train staff on system and software usage.
7. Document troubleshooting procedures and support requests.
8. Collaborate with IT team members for system operations.
Qualifications:
* Experience with Windows Desktop, Apple devices, ChromeOS, Azure Entra AD, and Google Workspace.
* Basic network troubleshooting skills (PING, Traceroute, etc.).
* Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
* Previous experience in IT support roles.
* Familiarity with network troubleshooting.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
