Job Description:
Responsible for managing administrative and accounting tasks, ensuring proper recording and control of financial operations. Main functions include:
General administrative management
Billing to clients and suppliers
Bank reconciliations, VAT liquidation, and tax submissions
Recording and controlling collections and payments
Debt collection
Order management, stock control, and inventory
Requirements:
Strong knowledge in administration, accounting, and taxation
Analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word) and accounting management software
Planning, methodical, and discreet personality
Problem-solving skills and autonomy
Proactive with initiative
