Providing unique knowledge (analyses, data science products, customer journeys, training, etc.) and activation levers (partners, media, consulting) for a project which is important to every retailer: customer satisfaction and experience!Valiuz, is the most powerful retail offering on the market: 55 million registered customers, 1.7 billion omnichannel transactions, and 3,520 stores in France.THE POSITIONSpecializing in data-driven business models implementation, the team's mission is to propose advertising activation products and services, as well as a Data Insight offering for advertisers.In a fast-growing environment, you will carry out the following tasks:Participate in brief responses by recommending media plans in line with advertisers' objectivesSupport in the setup of Retail Media campaigns across different channels (onsite, offsite, CRM, DOOH, etc)Ensure the online launch of advertising campaigns on media buying tools (Social Platform, DSP, Programmatic Curation Platform)Support in the monitoring and optimization of retail media campaigns (Digital & Instore) according to defined KPIsSupport with reporting and coordination with the customer and Valiuz Sales teamsSupport in solving technical problems that may affect our campaigns.Produce and deliver media campaign reports, in liaison with the Business Analysis teamsCollaboration with the rest of the teams to get the most of the campaigns. Ecommerce, tech, Marketplace, Traffic…etcHelp in managing the financial flows of campaigns (IO, Billing).Support in the communication with our clients for recommendations/questions and presentation of campaign results.Be aware of new technologies and be up to date with the latest developments in our business.PROFILE With a Master's degree or equivalent, you have a real interest in the advertising and media area, particularly as a Programmatic Trader or Campaign Manager.You have a strong team spirit and enjoy team challenges in a fast-growing environment. Your sensitivity to media, monetization, and advertising issues enables you to develop a qualitative approach to customer relations.Your written and verbal English communication skills are excellent.You have a strong analytical capacity and the ability to be proactive with clients and internal team members at all times.You are used to handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically MS Excel and willingness to learn new technology systems.
