As Refurbishment Manager you are responsible for the successful implementation of the European refurbishment strategy and a continuous development and increase of high-quality refurbishments for our fleet. Lead and steer the implementation of our European refurbishment strategy for major components and ensure an active usage in close cooperation with the local key stakeholders across all countries.
Foster needed strategic partnerships with key suppliers in close cooperation with Procurement and other stakeholders to ensure that we have a reliable and high-quality supply of refurbished components.
Developing & driving further refurbishment strategy improvements and lead other activities to gather benefits in terms of availability, cost and quality improvements for major components
University degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar
Great stakeholder management & good communication skills
Strong strategic and commercial awareness combined with both analytical skills and the ability to drive complex challenges
Proven project management skills and ability to lead initiates successfully
